Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Probuilder is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of mechanical systems across our building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and other mechanical systems relevant to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, review, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

- Ensure mechanical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into project designs.

- Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications.

- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of mechanical work.

- Support procurement activities by reviewing material and equipment specifications.

- Prepare project documentation including progress reports, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction or contracting industry.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and implementation, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other mechanical design tools.

-Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Skills: BlM, AutoCAD, Microsoft and well-rounded with other engineering software's
