We are seeking dependable and motivated candidates for a Full-Time Mechanical Technical Assistant position. This role is ideal for individuals with prior technical or electrical experience who are looking to expand their mechanical skill set through structured training, certification, and hands-on field experience.

Training & Certification

• Paid training program provided
• 6 weeks of virtual training, followed by 1 week of onsite, hands-on training
• Certificate awarded upon successful completion of training
• Training start date: February 16th
• Interviews will take place in late January and early February

Job Responsibilities

• Assist licensed mechanical technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems
• Apply existing electrical experience while learning mechanical systems and procedures
• Support job site setup, organization, and cleanup
• Follow safety standards, company policies, and technical guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
• Valid United States driver’s license
• Authorization to work legally in the United States
• Willingness to undergo a background screening
• Willingness to complete a drug test
• Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
