Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in refinery and shutdown projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of all site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical activities at site during shutdown/refinery projects.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project timelines.
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report daily updates to project management.
Provide leadership and guidance to the work team, ensuring efficient execution.
Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Conduct toolbox talks, ensure adherence to HSE standards, and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising mechanical works, preferably in refinery/shutdown jobs.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Ability to work under pressure and handle tight shutdown schedules.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of refinery processes and shutdown activities.
Familiarity with safety practices and quality standards in oil & gas sector.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
