Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of power battery cell selection, structural materials and product structure design scheme according to customer SOR

• Responsible for the schematic design of power battery PACK battery system and modules, detailed design of 3D digital model and 2D drawings

• Responsible for the safety and reliability design of power battery PACK battery system and module level

• Systematically analyzed the problems found in trial production, mass production and user feedback, and put forward improvement suggestions

• Responsible for sample sending and making, processing progress tracking, sample confirmation, etc.

• Responsible for testing and verification of Pack system and parts, design optimization according to regulations or customer requirements, and structural improvement for mass production

• Prepare design specifications and patents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrochemistry, Vehicle engineering, Mechatronics, polymer materials, Electrical engineering, automation, etc

• More than 3 years of experience in power battery PACK structure design, experience in product G&D drawing, dimension chain analysis, ability to independently design pack battery system structure, independent structural strength simulation ability is preferred

• Experience in composite material structure design and structural airworthiness verification of aircraft is preferred

• Familiar with battery electrical related professional knowledge, battery selection and testing experience is preferred

• Familiar with the characteristics and application range of metal materials and plastic materials, proficient in injection molding process, sheet metal processing process, surface treatment, etc., skilled in Solidworks, CATIA, UG and other design software

• Able to read and write in English
