Job responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, specifications, and user manuals.
- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical system failures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all engineering activities.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
- Willingness to work on-site in Iskandar Puteri and travel as required for project needs.
