Participates in contract review of plants projects with the Engineering Manager and ensures POs milestones are achieved timely for all the plant’s equipment:
- Prepares and issues RFQ Technical Specification Documents.
- Participates in the technical negotiations with suppliers and in the kick-off and regular follow-up meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Carries out regular supplier technical expediting meetings with Procurement and Quality Engineer.
- Ensures that engineering-related activities are completed on time and with high quality, and facilitates the flow of relevant information to other disciplines.
- Cooperates with product responsible, supporting the updating of document templates.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer Equipment&Packages in EPC projects of industrial plants, with focus on rotating equipment (fans, blowers).
- Able to develop guidelines and standards for defined areas of knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Italian, any other language will be considered as a plus.
- Able to work inside teams spread across different locations and good time-management.
