Key Responsibilities
Provide mechanical engineering support for storage tanks, piping systems, pumps, valves, and pressure equipment
Support asset integrity and inspection programmes, including defect assessment and repair recommendations
Develop and support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support root cause failure analysis
Support engineering changes (MOC) and brownfield / capex projects
Review and approve mechanical scopes of work and contractor deliverables
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit to work systems, and engineering standards
Liaise closely with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, and HSE teams
Required Skills & Experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in oil & gas, chemical plants, terminals, petrochemical, or energy infrastructure

Strong knowledge of:
Familiarity with engineering codes and standards (API, ASME, EN, ISO)
Experience working in operational / live plant environments
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and mechanical drawings
Experience with CMMS systems (e.g. SAP PM) is an advantage
