JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                       

• Resolve production and factory-related issues while supporting Built‑In‑Quality projects
• Review engine orders and implement updates aligned with improved design standards
• Collaborate with design teams to evaluate, approve, and integrate engineering changes into production processes

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering AND 1-4 years of Mechanical Design Experience OR
• Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of Mechanical Design Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Mechanical knowledge with exposure to engines, automotive domain, or farming equipment

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Mechanical Design experience
• Creo/3D CAD
• Teamcenter Visualization

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good Communication
• Works well in a collaborative team
