As a Mechanical Assembler at Vention…

You’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality sub-assemblies and productized applications within our dynamic Operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure that every build meets our standards of efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do

• Meet production goals and uphold Vention’s high standards.
• Assemble a variety of components, from simple to complex, including palletizers, conveyors, robot cells, machine tending applications, and safety enclosures based on engineering instructions.
• Build and integrate automation components to complete custom automation designs.
• Conduct quality control checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Vention's high standards.
• Pick and pack orders in accordance with Vention's quality standards.
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.

What You Bring to the Table

You’ll bring:

• Knowledge of pneumatics and electrical connections.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment, with technical experience.
• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering, robotics, or relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with using tools, including familiarity with pneumatics and electrical connections.
• Experience with data entry or relevant administrative tasks.
• Proven track record in problem-solving and the ability to coach others through challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail to uphold customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
