Responsibilities
- Perform cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contracts, including handling variations and progress claims.
- Support commercial reporting and assist with project close-out activities.
Requirements
- Experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost management.
- Exposure to data centre or complex construction projects is preferred.
