  • Provide input to continuously improve MBSE training, processes, and tools
  • Mentor systems engineers in MBSE processes and tools
  • Foster strong customer relationships· Must be able to maintain a restricted badge and work on site 4+ days per week
  • Provide technical and programmatic recommendations on the development, integration, and use of digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) concepts and structures
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Training: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
    • Must have, or obtain within 3 months of start date, a current IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)
    • Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional - Model Builder Fundamental (OCSMP - MBF) certification preferred
    • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification preferred 

Experience:

    • 8+ years of general (full-time) work experience
    • 5+ years of experience with systems engineering processes and tools
    • 5+ years of experience creating MBSE systems models in Cameo/NoMagic, IBM Rhapsody, or SPARX Enterprise Architect
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including iteration planning and status reporting required
    • Experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) required
    • Experience leading technical teams or projects preferred 

Security:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
  • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $115,000 - 135,000
