Requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Executes timely issuance of stock request to support business operational needs
  • Processes stock request & transfer of stocks to other branches outside Manila
  • Maintains right quantity level of supplies/materials at the right time based on approved standards and procedures
  • Conducts daily update of stock cards
  • Ensures stocks are arranged in an organized manner consistent with the service requirement
  • Checks and corrects discrepancy in records and reports to supervising authority
  • Ensures all deliveries are checked accurately against the corresponding delivery notes
  • Ensures all deliveries are correctly signed for and received into the warehouse
  • Conducts monthly physical stock count inventory and report, practices FIFO or LIFO for stock issuance as appropriate
  • Maintains and updates daily inventory entries
  • Provides updates on stock expiry dates, slow moving items, stocks with critically low inventory levels; recommends/takes actions for disposition
  • Reviews and analyses stock consumption of branches for the quarterly update of minimum stock level per branch
  • Ensures all required reports and returns are prepared accurately, submitted on time and in line with the business requirements, both local and regional
  • Ensures timely entry of all data and upkeep of records
  • Maintains records of goods ordered and received and ensure accuracy of data
  • Maintains tidiness of the warehouse and orderly storage of stock at all times

  • With experience in warehouse and inventory is an advantage
  • With good communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu
