AI overview

Own the end-to-end materials planning function to ensure uninterrupted production of humanoid systems while driving inventory accuracy and supporting aggressive build schedules.

About Figure
Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general-purpose humanoid designed to perform corporate tasks that address labor shortages and eliminate work that is undesirable or unsafe. Our mission sits at the intersection of advanced AI, robotics, and real-world manufacturing, and we are building the operational backbone to scale production of our humanoid platform.

Role Overview

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the planning cycle

  • Propose and implement process improvements to improve planning accuracy, service levels, and scalability

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in materials planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations

  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing or complex hardware environments

Technical Skills
