  • Maintain accurate material availability in Zoox ERP (SAP S4 Hana) by transacting all material movements.
  • Manage material levels across multiple plants for production and prototype builds, coordinating with Production Planning and Engineering.
  • Lead cycle counting efforts, including year-end counts and reconciliations, to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Create and release work orders, manage material staging tasks, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate order fulfillment status to internal customers and coordinate with supply planning to mitigate material shortages.
  • Support the Demand Planner and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations across the Materials team.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional ability.
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced NPI environment with direct Material Planning or Master Scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency with ERP software (SAP or Oracle) for material transactions and planning.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and achieve goals in a dynamic environment.
