MasteryPrep Tutor (Hybrid - Virtual & Onsite) | St. Cloud, MN

MasteryPrep is hiring engaging, high-energy tutors to support middle school students with math and reading test preparation. This is a hybrid role that includes both virtual tutoring sessions and in-person instruction in the St. Cloud area.

This is a great opportunity for teachers, tutors, coaches, or individuals passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live instruction to middle school students (virtual and onsite)
  
• Engage students using an energetic, clear, and encouraging teaching style
  
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment
  
• Support student growth in math and reading skills
  
• Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism during scheduled sessions
  
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and school partners as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Teaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Engaging presentation style and positive attitude
• Ability to work onsite and maintain reliable attendance
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for weekday in-person events
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Valid driver’s license
• Must reside in Minnesota

Note: This position does not require a current teaching certification.

Benefits

Position: Independent Contractor

Pay: $40 - $50 per hour for in-person instruction, 20 - 30 hours per week
