The MDM Configuration Expert will be responsible for developing and optimizing MDM (Master Data Management) configuration, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability of the mastered data.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality master data
- Design and implement MDM configurations using Reltio or Informatica MDM platforms
- Develop and maintain data models that support commercial business processes in the life sciences industry
- Design data integration strategies across multiple sources required for MDM
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and synchronization challenges
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for MDM configurations and processes
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field
- Expert-level knowledge of Reltio or Informatica MDM platforms
- Deep understanding of Master Data Management principles and best practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of life sciences data structures and regulatory requirements
- Strong background in data modeling, data integration, and data quality management
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
- Experience with data governance frameworks
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA) specific to life sciences
Professional Experience
- 7+ years experience in data management technologies
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare
- Proven track record of successful MDM implementations
- Experience configuring and managing complex data management solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in MDM technologies (Reltio, Informatica)
- Experience with additional enterprise data management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with high attention to data accuracy
- Adaptable and quick learner in a dynamic technology environment
