We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer (Individual Contributor) to work on Marvin’s core AI product.
This is a full-stack product design role, from early exploration and problem framing to high-quality visual execution. You’ll own product areas end-to-end and work closely with founders, product, and engineering.
It’s for someone who cares deeply about craft, clarity, and ownership.
Own end-to-end design across key parts of Marvin’s AI platform.
Design intuitive and elegant experiences.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering on core product decisions.
Translate ambiguity into clear, usable, and thoughtful solutions.
Push visual and interaction quality to a very high bar.
Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Take real ownership, from idea to shipped experience.
4+ years of experience designing modern digital products.
A full-stack product designer, strong with product thinking, visual and interaction design.
Experience working in startups or fast-moving product teams.
Comfortable working with opinionated teammates and defending ideas with clarity.
Able to make quick, sensible decisions using fundamentals and judgment.
A growth mindset and genuine passion for building great tech.
You’re “geeky” about products, design systems, and details.
You care about quality more than titles or trends.
You enjoy owning problems deeply, not just delivering visuals.
