As a MarTech Lead reporting to the Head of Customer Data & Technology in our Data and Strategic Analytics team, your purpose will be to own and evolve the technical foundation of our marketing technology stack. You’ll ensure that systems like Iterable, Salesforce, Segment, and other acquisition platforms work seamlessly together, enabling personalized, scalable marketing campaigns and frictionless customer journeys. You’ll also shape the MarTech roadmap and mentor a small team to deliver technical excellence across marketing operations.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Strong experience with marketing technology platforms (Iterable, Meta/Google Ads, analytics tools, CRM systems like Salesforce).
  • Hands-on technical skills with APIs, data mapping, SQL, and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to translate marketing requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
  • Experience managing MarTech platform performance, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows.
  • At a minimum, conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.

It will also help you to have…

  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience with a desire to grow a team.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (Segment) and complex MarTech ecosystems.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
