Marketplace Operations Intern

Role Summary- As a Marketplace Operations Intern at Payoneer, you will gain hands-on exposure to cross-border eCommerce platforms, global marketplaces, and industry policy trends. Through daily operational work and data-driven tasks, you will build a solid understanding of marketplace operations, seller onboarding processes, and cross-border fintech solutions—while strengthening your analytical thinking, execution skills, and problem-solving abilities.

What you’ll do

Support Green Channel daily operations
- Collect, organize, and summarize operational and business data
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

Data analysis & reporting
- Use SQL for basic data extraction, query and data set generation to meet daily operational data analysis needs; learn to use BI tools for data visualization and simple data analysis report building. Conduct preliminary data analysis based on business data to support daily operational decision-making and efficiency optimization.
- Create PPT materials for business updates, operational summaries, and internal reports
- Maintain clear documentation and filing of operational materials

Marketplace application coordination
- Assist with seller onboarding and marketplace application processes
- Respond to basic inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Understand seller needs and support issue resolution efficiently

Process optimization & industry awareness
- Track Green Channel business progress and marketplace dynamics
- Stay informed on cross-border eCommerce and platform trends
- Proactively identify small improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Who you are

Education & availability
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Able to work at least 3 days per week (5 days preferred)

Data & tools proficiency
- Basic mastery of SQL for data extraction, query and simple data analysis; familiarity with common BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus, with the ability to use data tools to present and analyze business data. Those with relevant business operation or data analysis internship experience will be given priority.
- Solid PPT skills for structured and clear presentations
- Strong ability to organize, summarize, and manage documents

- Good English reading and writing skills
- Able to handle English business documents and basic communication

- Strong self-learning ability and curiosity about new topics
