The Marketplace team specifically represents what we see as the future of how we can 'build a better financial world' for SMEs in the UK. We all want each other to succeed and it's a really collaborative place to work as well as being a fun and inclusive culture. The Marketplace team helps small business owners secure funding by building partnerships with a broad panel of alternative lenders and utilising a range of lending products.
Package and submit lender applications via portals, ensuring 100% accuracy and optimal documentation for fast processing.
Communicate effectively with lenders and the sales team, managing information requests and providing efficient support.
Execute all tasks in alignment with internal risk protocols and lender-specific requirements. Proactively problem solve, identify and mitigate any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in the day-to-day.
Maintain the internal CRM and generate regular performance reports for the team.
Identify and lead initiatives to streamline operational workflows.
