As a Marketplace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our e-commerce strategy, managing various online marketplaces, and enhancing our digital presence to maximize sales and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketplace strategies across platforms including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others to drive revenue growth.
- Optimize product listings, ensuring they are performance-driven, keyword-rich, and compliant with platform policies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock across all marketplaces to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a seamless marketplace operation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to enhance our marketplace performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners to enhance account performance.
- Create and document best practices and standard operating procedures for marketplace management.
Requirements
- Key Requirements:
- Considerable experience in managing Amazon Marketplace accounts.
- Proficient in Google Sheets with advanced capabilities.
- Skilled in executing flat file uploads.
- Demonstrated experience in managing brands with a minimum of $1.5M in annual revenue (preferably at a higher level).
- Adept at working independently, serving as the sole marketplace manager within a team of five.
- A generalist background is acceptable; however, specialization in areas such as PPC or Brand Management is considered advantageous.
- Must exhibit a detail-oriented approach, possess self-motivation, and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
