About the Role As a Data Analyst, you’ll design analytical models, build insightful dashboards, and run experiments to drive seller growth and optimize performance. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll turn complex data into strategic actions that deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities

Designing performance, value, and revenue analysis models to support data-driven decision-making and long-term forecasting,

Building seller-based dashboards using SQL and Looker to generate actionable insights,

Running conversion rate optimization initiatives and executing continuous A/B tests for seller campaigns,

Defining and implementing seller growth strategies by segmenting sellers, optimizing revenue, and improving quality,

Collaborating with growth and category teams on strategic and commercial projects to drive business impact

Expected Qualifications

University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,

2+ years experience in data analysis,

Coding skills – ability to code in one or more languages (SQL, Python)

Commercially minded, result-oriented, and adaptable,

Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
