Marketing Working Student

Founded in Berlin, autarc is a ~40 person start-up who were part of Y Combinator's S24 batch in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, and we continue to grow throughout the year.

Role description

As a Marketing Working Student, you will work directly with our Senior Marketing Manager and get your hands on everything that drives growth at autarc – from SEO to trade shows, from content to paid ads. You won't just watch. You'll own tasks, take responsibility and make a real difference from day one.

For the right person, this role is a real entry point into a full-time marketing career at autarc.

Other responsibilities include:

• Support across all marketing channels – SEO/AEO, SEA, Social Media, PR, Content and Event Planning
• Help plan and execute trade show appearances – preparation, materials, on-site support
• Create and schedule social media content for our German and international channels
• Assist with content planning – editorial calendars, campaign ideas, copy support
• Maintain and update our website – content updates, new pages, keeping things sharp
• Research and support PR activities – press releases, media contacts, coverage tracking
• Jump in wherever needed – in a startup, every week looks a little different

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• You want to learn fast, take ownership and get real marketing experience – not just assist
• Curious, structured and not afraid to try things you haven't done before
• You work independently and follow through on tasks without needing to be reminded
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Additional languages (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
• First experience in any marketing discipline is a plus – but not required
