Marketing Web Developer (Remote - Latam)

We are seeking a Marketing Web Developer to create high-performing web experiences that drive marketing campaigns and business results. In this role, you will translate creative concepts into fully functional landing pages, microsites, and website components, while optimizing performance and ensuring accurate analytics tracking. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, designers, and external partners to deliver seamless digital experiences that support conversion goals. The position offers the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to large-scale website projects, and implement best practices in web development and optimization. Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain landing pages, campaign microsites, and website components using HubSpot CMS, Webflow, and relevant coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, PHP).
• Partner with marketing and design teams to implement creative concepts with precision and maintain consistency across campaigns.
• Lead large-scale web projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
• Implement and manage analytics, tracking, and consent tools via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and cookie consent platforms to ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Conduct A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments to improve user engagement and campaign performance.
• Maintain website content, troubleshoot technical issues, and proactively identify improvements for site performance and user experience.
• Build dashboards to connect web activity with business outcomes and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing web development, building landing pages, microsites, and campaign assets.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot CMS, including templates, modules, and HubL coding.
• Experience with Webflow or ability to quickly adapt to new platforms for website redesign projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
• Confident managing analytics, tags, and compliance tools (GDPR/CCPA) via Google Tag Manager and related platforms.
• Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and external partners.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to showcase past projects and web development accomplishments.
