Marketing Virtual Assistant

RemoteVA PH is seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to assist with creating and managing marketing strategies and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in digital marketing tools, have exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate creativity in executing email campaigns. You will manage customer data, design marketing workflows, and report on campaign performance to ensure optimal results.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Design workflows and automations in CRM software (Go High-Level).
• Maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed reports.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement.
• Assist with marketing-related tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Tools & Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel for data management.
• Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
