Position overview 

As a member of Vita Green's marketing technology team (Martech team), the successful candidate will ensure that technology aligns with strategic business objectives, utilizing their expertise in retail and marketing technology.

This position provides valuable exposure to senior management, internal IT teams, and external vendors, fostering a collaborative approach to digital transformation. Upholding the company's commitment to excellence, the (Senior) Marketing Automation Executive must maintain high standards of quality, honesty, and transparency.

What you’ll be doing 

• Chance to grow to be a commercial technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise and optimize the campaign automation journey and business process, primarily within retail and CRM platforms. 
• Assist the Martech Manager to drive the digital transformation among cross-functional teams, providing technology analysis and insights. 
• Successful candidate will be become a project owner.
• Ensure seamless integration within the Martech stack, encompassing digital platforms, CRM, retail systems, etc. 
• Liaise with the internal IT team and third-party vendors to guarantee high-quality project and service delivery in a timely manner, covering CRM and marketing automation tool. 
• Assist in user enablement and knowledge transfer on the business side to ensure the full adoption of the Martech stack. 

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System Management, Information Technology or related fields. 
• Candidate with Marketing education background is a big plus.
• Fresh graduates WELCOME!!!
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in developing and documenting business requirements and system processes. 
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English. 
• Experience working in CRM and loyalty program initiatives in a retail environment will be a plus. 
• Experience in ORCE / Salesforce / Siebel or other CRM systems will be a plus. 
• Experience in Omnichat / Eloqua or other Marketing Automation platforms will be a plus.
