About Us: Our Marketing Services division is a rapidly expanding full-service MarTech team with members across the US, Europe, LATAM, and Asia. We bridge the gap between creative, marketing, and strategy—specializing in cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid social, push, SMS), and MarTech implementations. To help us handle our increasing workload, we are looking to bring on a CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Intern. Is that you? Read on! The CRM/ Lifecycle Marketing intern will support our MarTech team and get hands-on experience strategizing for automated customer journeys. In this execution-focused role, you’ll map out user flows, assist with data reporting, and ensure high-quality campaign delivery across all messaging channels. Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Research and monitor industry trends and competitor lifecycle strategies to identify new opportunities for engagement. Translate data into actionable email marketing insights. 
  • Campaign & Content Support: Help design and track campaign, journey, and lifecycle strategies to ensure they remain aligned with business objectives.
  • Journey Mapping: Utilize tools like Miro or Lucidchart to visualize and document customer lifecycles and automated workflows. Showcase use cases to guide client implementation. 
  • Platform Management: Learn from, and potentially assist with, the technical implementation of campaigns within platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
  • Email Quality Assurance: Support the development with proofing and rendering process for email templates to ensure design integrity, link functionality, and strategic alignment. May support and consult on the setup and deployment of cross-channel marketing efforts, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist in pulling insights and creating reports from various marketing and reporting software to track campaign success. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Team Support: Support the team through meeting management, client communications, and the execution of key organizational duties.
  • Minimum requirements to be considered:
  • Pursuing or recently received a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in CRM, marketing automation, and B2B/B2C lifecycle strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented, organized thinker with the ability to break down complex documents into actionable tasks.
  • Ability to take initiative and absorb technical information quickly.
  • Hardworking and dedicated outlook with strong follow-up skills.
  • The ideal candidate:
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience working in visualization tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
  • Platform Exposure: Previous experience or familiarity with Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar MarTech platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with reporting software and interpreting data.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in organizations with multiple teams, demonstrating the ability to communicate well cross-functionally.
  • Self-Starter: A motivated individual who can wear multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
