Day-to-Day Account Management: Managing the daily operational tasks of client

accounts. Maintain and monitor quality scores & other important account metrics.

Case Management: Handling any Amazon-related cases or issues that arise.

PPC Campaign Management: Planning, launching, and optimizing Sponsored Products,

Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Monitoring budgets, bids, and ROAS

to drive profitable growth and visibility.

Page Optimization: Optimizing product pages for better visibility and conversion rates (A+

Content, ATF content, Product images).

New Product Listings: Creating and managing new item listings on Amazon.

● Design Coordination: Overseeing design tasks (Penji) such as product infographics, brand

store layouts, and promotional imagery.

Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with supply

chain processes, and creating and managing FBA inventory replenishment.

Reporting & Analysis: Providing regular reports, weekly KPIs, and operational

metrics/insights (evaluation score).

Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensuring all operational activities comply with Amazon's

policies, guidelines, and account health.
