Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

They work with schools, health settings, workplaces and public venues to deliver evidence-based sensory experiences that support wellbeing. They value accuracy, technical expertise, and proactive communication in delivering high-quality solutions that meet evidence-based principles.

About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing role where you will be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns and funnels, lead generation, content creation, and marketing operations. You will assist with building marketing workflows, creating social media video content, creating email campaigns, and editing project showcase videos for the companies Youtube account and portfolio.

This role requires someone organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple marketing tasks independently. You will be the main owner of marketing execution, helping the client reduce reliance on external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage landing pages using HubSpot and other platforms
  • Set up webinar funnels and email nurture sequences
  • Create social media content and campaigns
  • Edit video content into promotional or showcase videos
  • Support paid ads campaigns as needed
  • Build future funnels and lead magnet campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Work closely with the client to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and efficient

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
  • Must be proficient with HubSpot or similar platforms for landing pages, funnels, and email campaigns
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Copywriting and content creation experience for digital marketing
  • Clear written and verbal English communication
  • Prior experience supporting Australian clients is a plus
