Role Summary:

Marketing Specialist (Gaming). Drive growth through partner programmes and direct response campaigns. You’ll negotiate co-marketing plans with developers/payments partners and use analytics to optimise performance. Requires a lead for creative asset development and cross-functional execution.

Role: 

  • You will be responsible for managing both co-marketing deals through to execution but also working with campaign managers to scale our direct response efforts in the region.
  • Your campaigns will be measured against business metrics, and you will be required to monitor, ideate and optimise the strategy and results of the campaign - working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, such as our digital agency, who will manage the campaign execution for DR campaigns.
  • You will lead innovation across consumer journey, creative and media strategies, to inform marketing strategies not just for your campaigns but for all campaigns run in the region.
  • You will need to be a beacon for best practice execution for digital campaigns for both internal and external marketers.
  • You will identify opportunities to drive the next phase of growth for the business, either by exploring new consumer segments, new media channels, new creative formats or new countries.



You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years experience in strategy, comms planning, consumer marketing, and/or product/platform marketing.
  • Experience in partner management or platform marketing is preferred. Understanding of telco, consumer electronics or digital content is a plus.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies. Lead non-hierarchical, multi-country, cross-functional working teams.
  • Familiarity with digital campaign management and leading digital ad platforms.
  • Project management experience. Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects at one time in a fast-moving environment
  • Technology/online industry experience, knowledge of online products and marketing techniques, and experience in working with agencies.
  • Experience in partner marketing, working with gaming develops, carriers, OEMs and/or e-wallets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
