Our team supports a leading global technology organisation in navigating the dynamic landscape of their digital content and device ecosystem. We're seeking proactive individuals to become integral to their marketing framework.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a central role in driving key marketing moments' overall delivery and management, from high-impact campaigns and offline activations to vital internal meetings. You will lead social-first projects and contribute significantly to larger initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from brief to completion. Your work will include managing agency and event partners to ensure key milestones and all production needs are met, driving safety and security from planning to execution, and acting as a primary point of contact for on-site security. You will lead all pre-production and on-site production meetings for all involved stakeholders to ensure workstreams are aligned.

Role:

  • Spearhead the planning, execution, and day-to-day operations of all assigned social marketing initiatives and digital content channels for the app and device ecosystem.
  • Oversee and facilitate all facets of social content and programme development, creative direction, production, agency liaison, logistical coordination, stakeholder invitations, and promotional activities.
  • Execute and ensure the ongoing operation of social content releases and manage relevant social monitoring systems.
  • Lead and manage project meetings, meticulously tracking timelines, action items, deliverables, and budgets across all marketing campaigns and events.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player, assisting the wider team on larger projects, including facilitating team meetings and managing logistics.
  • Translate complex business enquiries into actionable analytical frameworks and research studies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Direct user behaviour, market trend, and brand tracking studies, alongside comprehensive marketing campaign impact measurement with Product Managers and external agencies.
  • Disseminate actionable user insights and analytical findings to diverse audiences across various functional and product domains, contributing to creative development and strategic planning efforts.

You:

  • 5 years of project and marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in leading creative agencies, consulting firms, research agencies, or marketing teams within consumer goods organisations.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, embracing cross-functional teamwork with local and regional marketing and partner teams.
  • Experience managing third-party agencies.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and execution capabilities, coupled with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Strong project management, with the ability to work on multiple facets of a project simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and an independent thinker.
  • A profound understanding of the app and device ecosystem is a plus.
  • A solid grasp of the gaming industry is a plus.
  • You express yourself fluently in Korean and English (both written and verbal), fostering seamless communication across cultures.
