Marketing Specialist for Hedepy Ukraine (part-time)

We are Hedepy, a young startup and a leader in holistic mental health support programs for individuals and companies in Central & Eastern Europe. There are currently 50+ of us working remotely from all around Europe and we all share the same goal - making psychotherapy accessible to everyone who needs it.

Our Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support Hedepy’s marketing activities in Ukraine. Your main goal will be to support the UA market while also helping our global team to come up with the best possible content, ads and strategies.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Help us grow our UA market presence and customer base
• Help us adjust our global strategy, so it is relevant for UA market
• Localize and create new content for social media, blog posts, and advertisements
• Manage outreach and communication with influencers
• Reach out to potential partners and explore new collaborations
• Take on additional small marketing tasks as needed

You are the ideal candidate if:

• Looking for a job with a greater mission
• Passionate about marketing
• Native Ukrainian
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Creative approach to content creation
• Strong time management skills
• Eagerness to learn practical marketing skills
• Can do part-time: 10–20 hours per week
• Being able to cooperate on a freelance contract - ФОП
  
  Nice-to-have
• Familiarity with Figma and Monday.com
