Marketing Specialist – AI Trainer

We are looking for experienced marketing professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your role is practical and high impact. You will:

• Review and refine AI generated responses related to marketing strategy, campaigns and growth

• Evaluate outputs for strategic clarity, commercial logic and audience relevance

• Draft realistic marketing scenarios such as go to market strategies, campaign planning, brand positioning, performance marketing optimisation or pricing strategy decisions

• Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as marketing manager, growth lead, brand director, founder or agency consultant

• Identify weaknesses in segmentation logic, channel strategy, messaging consistency or ROI assumptions

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world marketing thinking, customer insight and commercially sound decision making.

This is not campaign execution work. Instead of managing marketing for one organisation, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about marketing at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on marketing and growth related topics.

Who this is for

You are:

• A marketing professional such as marketing manager, growth specialist, brand strategist, performance marketer or marketing consultant

• Based in the EU or UK

• With several years of experience in marketing strategy, brand development, performance marketing or customer acquisition

• Experienced in areas such as digital marketing, content strategy, product marketing, pricing, analytics or international expansion

• Comfortable identifying weak positioning, flawed growth assumptions and unrealistic performance projections

• Available 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible.
It works well alongside your existing professional commitments.
