RTI is seeking a Marketing Specialist to create and execute marketing programs to help build the RTI brand, increase awareness, and generate pipeline for our Aerospace & Defense (A&D) business. We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, collaborative, and analytical – with a passion for defense technology. In this role, you’ll report to senior A&D marketing leadership, and work across Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Product to keep campaigns and deliverables moving – from idea to launch to results.
This is a hands-on, project management role for someone who thrives on building, executing, and measuring multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, is an expert communicator, and thrives on getting stuff done. From drafting and editing content, to supporting tradeshow activities, to driving partner marketing initiatives, you will have a front row seat to how RTI runs a smarter world.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Execute multi-channel A&D marketing campaigns and programs across email, web, digital, events, webinars, and social to drive pipeline creation and support business goals.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across Sales, Business DevelopmentBD, Marketing and Product teams to coordinate input and drive priority initiatives forward.
- Project-manage cross-functional campaigns and marketing initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure streamlined execution.
- Plan and execute targeted customer events, such as A&D Industry Days and Supplier Days, including logistics, promotion, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain sales enablement content, including industry-specific presentations, customer-ready slides, and supporting collateral used in meetings, campaigns, and events.
- Strengthen RTI’s A&D thought leadership and event presence by drafting, editing, and polishing A&D assets and messaging, including speaking abstracts, event messaging, customer presentations, one-pagers, and supporting collateral.
- Monitor and report on campaign engagement and key performance metrics; share recommendations for improvements and next steps.
- Provide Account Based Marketing (ABM) support by helping execute targeted account campaigns.
- Support budget tracking and vendor coordination for A&D programs as needed.
- Ensure timely prioritization and deployment of initiatives by maintaining clear status, risks, and action items across workstreams.

Travel Requirement: Some travel required to industry tradeshows, corporate offices and/or customer sites (~6x / year)
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a defense / high-tech B2B marketing role (software experience a plus)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive work forward with multiple stakeholders
- Established track record of successfully executing campaigns across channels (events/webinars, email, content, paid media, web, etc.)
- Excellent writing, editing, and slide-building skills (you can turn rough input into customer-ready assets)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with marketing partners, Sales/BD, and technical SMEs
- Experience working with Salesforce/CRM platforms a plus
- Familiarity with ABM concepts and tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable education/experience

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 for Denver, Colorado. The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
