  • Participates in collaborative teams to develop proposals, including writing, editing, and laying out contents for printed or digital documents.
  • Assists with developing and updating resumes, project sheets, corporate information, etc. – this includes working with individuals in updating current resumes, working with project managers in preparing or updating project sheets, and working with corporate management in preparing or updating corporate qualifications, when needed.
  • Assists with development of other marketing materials, particularly in writing and editing content for newsletters, brochures, website, social media, and other materials.
  • Assists with preparation of DOT/client prequalification packages.
  • Prints and bids proposal documents.
  • Performs other duties as needed.
  • Qualifications for the Role:
  • 2‑year or 4‑year degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, writing, or related fields
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new software, processes, and support a wide range of marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including grammar and copyediting
  • Ability to write persuasively and adapt content for different audiences
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi‑author environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting
  • Ability to work well with others in a team‑oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license
