Role Summary & Job Description

ZAM is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager in the West EU Region with a strong understanding of social marketing and community engagement to join the team. This person will serve as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and contractors—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on brand, and aligned with the client’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and understands the nuances of managing both digital campaigns and client relationships.

 

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client requests into actionable tasks.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and creative projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage social, creative, and strategy teams to execute integrated campaigns across social media and community platforms.
  • Monitor social performance and community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Track project performance and deliver regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify potential issues, manage risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Foster a positive and productive working relationship with clients and stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • English fluency is a must. Mandarin, French, or German are a plus
  • BA/BS from an accredited university in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to manage contractors, freelancers, and external vendors effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
