You’ll plan and deliver high‑impact B2B events that build awareness for Brevo and generate qualified demand to meet regional pipeline goals across the North of Europe. From strategy and vendor management to on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up, you’ll own the end‑to‑end program in close partnership with Sales, PR/Comms and Design. This role sits in the Field & Events Marketing team and requires excellent project management, stakeholder alignment, and a strong sense of ROI.
Your impact at Brevo:
Lead end-to-end field marketing projects and events: timelines, budgets, vendor sourcing and negotiation, contracts, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis
Manage partners and suppliers (briefs, quotes, budgets, invoices) and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Collaborate closely with Design, Sales, Revenue, and PR/Comms teams to maximize visibility, lead generation, and conversion
Oversee event assets and communications (collaterals, emails, sales kits, social plans, presentations)
Track leads, ensure proper tagging, measure ROI, and report on performance and business impact
Who you are:
5-8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in MarTech/SaaS environments.
2+ years in sales management or team leadership, with proven success in leading AEs or inside sales teams.
Experience managing international teams (English-speaking markets a must; Spanish or other European languages a plus).
Strong track record in SMB or Mid-Market sales cycles, with full ownership from lead to close.
Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills.
Skilled in CRM use, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Comfortable in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
