We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple high-impact projects that drive business success. This role is crucial in managing initiatives within a global marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional results across teams.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting teams through managing projects and facilitating coordination and communication across departments and time zones.
What you will do:
Project Management:
Develop comprehensive project scopes by defining objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
Create detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Utilize workflow tools to set up and track project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
Develop best practices for global marketing project management, balancing regional and centralized workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate goal-setting sessions and workshops to ensure clear alignment and expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications across teams and initiatives.
Workflow Optimization:
Conduct regular process reviews to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Streamline workflows from concept development through to distribution, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround times.
Design, manage, and optimize the project intake process to ensure project requests are assigned and handled in a timely manner
Team Empowerment:
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and feedback.
Manage project scope effectively, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
Identify resource gaps and/or constraints and recommend solutions (i.e. tools, outsourcing, etc.)
Communication and Reporting:
Provide detailed and regular updates on project status, resource allocation, and outcomes to leadership.
Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication of progress and issues.
Prepare comprehensive status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
Implement contingency plans to address project roadblocks, ensuring minimal disruption.
Monitor and report on risk status regularly to anticipate challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years of project management experience.
Proven success in managing complex projects from planning through execution.
Experience with workflow software and project management tools.
Strong understanding of project management and communication processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours as needed.
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
Experience managing deliverables across various media types.
Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing timelines or requirements.
Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at leading efficient meetings and calls.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
