ABOUT THE POSITION Marketing Project Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your Role: You’ll manage the full cycle of marketing projects - making sure deadlines are met, cross-team collaboration runs smoothly, and creative chaos turns into structured success. Your impact will ensure BURGA’s launches hit the market with precision and excellence. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own or support Marketing launches such as sales, collections, new products, and new market entries - Collaborate with the Production department to ensure deadlines and processes are clear - Coordinate the collaboration between the Creative, Localization, Product Development, E-commerce, and other involved teams - Support teams with daily operations and ad-hoc projects - Optimize Project Tools and efficiency by managing and improving the use of the project management tool Asana - Handle Special Projects with precision and deliver them with dedication and attention to detail - You will need to put creative chaos into a controllable flow and ensure no small bits and pieces are overlooked WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager. Experience in an agency setting would be considered a huge plus - Experience working within a marketing team and understanding marketing operations - Fluency in the English language - Passion for Marketing and a burning desire to grow - A track record of successful execution of multi-departmental marketing projects in complex and challenging settings - Analytical capabilities, combined with proficiency in problem-solving, ensure outcomes are tangible and measurable - Ability to work independently and find creative solutions for unexpected situations SALARY: 3000- 4400 EUR/Month GROSS.
