Marketing Project Manager

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager to oversee digital marketing projects and ensure smooth, on-time execution across teams. You’ll manage the whole process, working closely with both clients and internal teams.

You’ll collaborate with teams including: SEO, Link Building, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, Digital Advertising, Web Development & Support, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle - from client setup to delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for international clients 
• Lead kick-off meetings and onboard clients effectively
• Assign tasks to internal teams and manage progress
• Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and drive improvements
• Ensure smooth handoffs at project conclusion or transition
• Spot cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in project management or account management - ideally in a digital agency or fast-paced marketing environment
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.)
• Excellent English and client-facing communication skills
• Strong organization, follow-through, and multitasking ability
• Strategic thinking with a bias for action and a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with project management and digital marketing tools(Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.)
