Your mission: 
 

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Project and Campaign Strategist to lead the strategic intake, initiative tiering, and delivery oversight for high-impact marketing projects at Reliable Controls. This role translates business objectives into structured briefs, orchestrates cross-functional execution, and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, on strategy, and within approved scope.

In this role you will: 
 

• Lead Strategic Intake & Planning: Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable strategic briefs with defined scope, timelines, success metrics, and dependencies. 

• Own High-Impact Initiatives: Drive end-to-end delivery of Tier 1 campaigns and flagship programs, maintaining accountability from concept through launch. 

• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Align creative, web operations, media, and regional stakeholders around shared goals, roles, timelines, and critical path milestones. 

• Ensure Strategic Alignment: Safeguard alignment with brand, media, and broader marketing strategy across all initiatives. 

• Oversee Delivery & Risk Management: Monitor scope, timelines, and budgets; proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution. 

• Maintain Portfolio Visibility: Track initiative health and throughput, ensuring priorities are balanced and resources are optimized. 

• Enable Regional & Dealer Success: Provide operational oversight for developing regions, ensuring dealer initiatives are properly scoped, sequenced, and scalable based on regional maturity. 

 This role might be right for you if you have: 
 

• 5–8+ years working in campaign management, program management, or marketing operations 

• A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives 

• The ability to translate high-level strategy into clear briefs and actionable execution plans 

• Confidence navigating competing priorities and ambiguous scope 

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a talent for turning business objectives into practical, results-driven solutions 

• A solid understanding of budget tracking and scope control fundamentals 

• Familiarity with regional or multi-stakeholder marketing environments (preferred) 

 You’ll be successful in this position if you: 
 

• Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Are a strong communicator who can build relationships with various teams and stakeholders 

• Enjoy collaborating with creative and technical teams to bring marketing projects to life 

• Have the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving initiatives
