About Thomas

At Thomas, we imagine a world of limitless human potential — where people thrive through self-awareness and authentic connection.

For over 40 years, we’ve been pioneers in talent assessment. But now, we’re transforming.
We’re evolving from a trusted assessment provider into a disruptive AI-powered people science platform, uniting behavioural insight, data, and technology to revolutionise how people and teams work together.

Our new platform, Thomas Connect, is redefining collaboration — helping organisations unlock intelligent team profiling, behaviour comparison, and personalised growth at scale.

We’re shaping a new era of workplace intelligence. And now, we need a world-class channel sales leader to take it global.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis, leading the delivery of our events marketing program while supporting broader partnership-driven marketing initiatives.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for ensuring Thomas shows up strongly at both our own events and third-party industry events — driving awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline contribution.

You’ll work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Content, Digital and Demand Generation teams to deliver events and marketing activity that strengthens our brand and supports growth.

You’ll inherit established plans and programs, giving you the opportunity to quickly add value while bringing fresh ideas to improve performance and scale what works.

As Thomas continues to grow, there may also be future opportunities beyond this fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Thomas events marketing program, covering both Thomas-owned and third-party sponsored events.
  • Drive pre-event marketing activity to maximise awareness, audience engagement and attendance.
  • Manage post-event follow-up, including reporting, evaluation, lead alignment with Sales, and repurposing content.
  • Work closely with Partnerships to ensure events and activity support strategic relationship development and lead generation.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives such as website updates, collateral creation and digital campaign activity aligned to partnerships.
  • Track performance and pipeline contribution of events and marketing activity, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to manage data, reporting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Digital, Demand Generation, Sales and Partnerships to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organisation, attention to detail and scalable processes.

Requirements

About You

  • Experience delivering B2B marketing programs, with strong exposure to event marketing or field marketing.
  • Comfortable managing events end-to-end, from promotion through to post-event reporting and follow-up.
  • Confident working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Commercially aware, understanding how marketing activity contributes to pipeline and revenue.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results and improve future campaigns.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.

Why Thomas

  • Be part of an organisation redefining the future of people science.
  • Deliver marketing that directly influences growth and commercial success.
  • Collaborate with talented colleagues across Marketing, Sales and Product.
  • Grow your career in a global, high-performing SaaS business.
  • Enjoy flexibility through hybrid working.
