We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Program Manager to drive pipeline growth for two of our key product line: Video. This role bridges product marketing strategy and campaign execution, working closely with our shared-services marketing organization (demand generation, growth marketing, content, design, web, SDRs and field marketing) to design, launch, and optimize programs that convert awareness into measurable pipeline.
You’ll own the end-to-end process for generating, influencing, and accelerating opportunities—translating product priorities into actionable marketing plans that deliver results.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline & Program Ownership
Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline for Video.
Establish quarterly pipeline goals and track performance against targets in partnership with marketing operations and sales.
Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution, measurement, and iteration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product marketing to define audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
Collaborate with the shared-services marketing team (paid, content, field, and digital) to bring product-specific campaigns to market efficiently.
Align closely with SDRs and sales to ensure strong follow-up, feedback loops, and conversion optimization.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor funnel metrics to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down.
Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate attribution and reporting on campaign performance.
Leverage insights to refine channel mix, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI.
Program Management
Maintain a clear campaign calendar, ensuring coordination across internal stakeholders and alignment with product launch cycles.
Manage budgets for Video product, ensuring investments drive measurable business impact.
Create regular performance summaries to share learnings and next-step recommendations with leadership.
About you:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through integrated marketing programs.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, or similar marketing automation and CRM tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Comfortable moving from strategy to hands-on execution.
Success in This Role Looks Like
