Job Summary
The Marketing Program Lead will be a key driver of Trust Automation's brand strategy, responsible for planning and executing impactful marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Sales team. Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations and Strategy, this role requires a proactive approach with experience in brand building, digital marketing, and event coordination, operating with minimal oversight. The Marketing Program Lead will lead efforts across digital channels, social media, trade shows, and brand materials to consistently elevate Trust Automation’s market presence.

Tradeshow and Event Management: Represent Trust Automation at key industry events and tradeshows. Lead coordination efforts for trade show participation, scheduling meetings with key customers, suppliers, and VIPs, and overseeing logistics to ensure a seamless presence.

Marketing Materials and Branding: Work with vendors, creatives, and internal departments to design and produce branded materials that showcase Trust Automation’s strengths. Ensure all materials meet brand standards and effectively support the company’s sales and marketing efforts.

Website and Digital Content Management: Oversee the Trust Automation website, ensuring that content is current, relevant, and aligned with marketing campaigns. Collaborate with content creators to maintain a cohesive online presence.

Social Media and Digital Marketing: Manage the social media strategy and content calendar to expand brand visibility and engagement. Generate insights from social media analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Strategy Support: Develop and execute marketing programs and tools to promote growth, engage target audiences, and support sales objectives.

Brand Building and Outreach: Build and strengthen relationships with partners, vendors, and the community. Actively promote Trust Automation’s brand across industry and local channels.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to make informed adjustments to strategies and continuously improve outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with budget planning and management for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with senior management and team members to support sales representatives and distribution channels.
- Serve as the primary creative resource in marketing, taking a hands-on approach to campaign development and brand enhancement.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to use a computer, common software in word processing and spreadsheets as well as presentation software and ERP software in the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Demonstrated success in planning and implementing marketing programs, including digital campaigns, content creation, and public relations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple initiatives.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
May Participate in the identity verification process to access secure client or government portals by authorizing certified supplier or customer management platforms to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information, solely to verify your identity

Pay/Salary Information
Pay scale for this position - $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually
