About the Role

The Marketing Producer is an organized, proactive, and versatile powerhouse responsible for ensuring the successful execution of high-impact marketing projects across our events, content, and product launch calendar. This role is a critical link between the marketing team, cross-functional partners (Product, Sales, Engineering), and external agencies/vendors. If you thrive on managing multiple moving pieces, hitting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs, this job is for you.

About the Work

Assist in the execution of brand + marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing content, such as video/photo, social media, and website content.
Coordinate logistics for marketing, PR events and demos.
Maintain and update marketing calendars, databases, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure brand consistency.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably within a technology or robotics company.
Event logistics experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms and project management tools.
Basic knowledge of design tools such as figma and InDesign.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A passion for robotics and an interest in the evolving AI landscape.

This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, Pittsburgh, or Bay Area offices.
