What you will bring to the team.

The Marketing Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the LATAM Marketing team, helping ensure day-to-day coordination and timely execution of ongoing activities. The intern will assist team members with internal processes, documentation, tracking, and organization of marketing requests, supporting efficient communication and follow-up across multiple initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations and coordination within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What you will be doing:

  • 1. Maintain and update marketing trackers, summaries, and internal documentation related to events, campaigns, assets, timelines, and deliverables.
    2. Support the coordination of events and webinars, including logistics checklists, materials, guest lists, confirmations, post-event uploads, and reporting.
    3. Clean, validate, and upload contact databases into marketing systems (Pardot / Account Engagement), supporting invitations, newsletters, and partner communications.
    4. Upload and organize marketing content (webinars, newsletters, recaps, decks, recordings) across internal platforms and BP portals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    5. Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including basic inventory management and translation support (English/Spanish) for marketing and internal materials.
    6. Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Naturally to be successful in this role, you must have and know of:

  • Students in their last semesters: Marketing, Communication, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing.
  • Intermediate-advanced English level.

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
