What You’ll Do

Marketing & Creative

  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across digital platforms to strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and guidelines for designers, videographers, and external vendors.
  • Lead and coordinate events such as workshops, product launches, and industry exhibitions.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales and BD objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
  • Continuously optimise website, social media channels, and digital platforms to increase engagement.

Outreach, Partnerships & Engagement

  • Identify potential partners, collaborators, and strategic contacts through LinkedIn, industry platforms, and market research.
  • Support CEO and senior leadership by preparing targeted outreach lists and engagement plans for business trips, partner visits, and meetings.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, digital channels, and email to connect with prospects and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, industry groups, and potential collaborators.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new partnership or outreach opportunities.
  • Support BD and management teams with pitches, presentations, proposals, demos, and follow-up engagement.
  • Align partnership outreach with marketing strategies to drive awareness, collaboration, and new business

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, outreach, partnerships, or business development support.
  • Strong research and engagement skills with the ability to identify and connect with partners or prospects.
  • Experience managing social media, digital platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
