Full-time | Remote | LATAM / SA

About Us:

At The Global Talent Co., we provide opportunities to work with leading innovative technology companies worldwide, offering stable employment, competitive compensation, career growth, and access to a community of 25k+ like-minded marketing professionals.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent. We believe everyone deserves equal access to opportunities, regardless of the country they are born in.

About the Company

Our client is an established B2B software company serving professional service providers and IT-focused businesses. Their solutions are used globally, and the team operates in a small, agile, highly collaborative environment. They are committed to building a scalable, data-driven marketing engine and are now expanding their team to support greater operational excellence.

The Role

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will sit at the center of the company’s marketing engine—owning analytics, reporting, CRM workflows, attribution, and technical marketing execution. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Marketing to improve visibility, optimize systems, and ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, measured, and continually improved.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves systems, data, technical marketing, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM (automation workflows, routing, segmentation, lead scoring, dashboards).

  • Build landing pages, emails, workflows, and automation sequences within HubSpot.

  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, GA4, form tracking, etc.).

  • Build reports and dashboards for KPIs: MQL→SQL conversion, demos, web traffic, pipeline velocity, campaign performance.

  • Monitor analytics using GA4, Semrush, and Microsoft Clarity to uncover insights and diagnose website issues (e.g., load speed, SEO blockers).

  • Collaborate on campaign setup (tracking, attribution, tagging) while the hiring manager leads strategy and messaging.

  • Support basic social media operations (posting cadence, simple content repurposing).

  • Collaborate on AI-driven content discoverability (AI search optimization, metadata, structured content).

  • Maintain clean marketing data, healthy sender reputation, and deliverability compliance (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).

  • Work closely with marketing leadership to refine processes and improve operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years in marketing operations, performance analytics, or CRM automation (B2B SaaS or tech preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platforms).

  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, attribution, and analytics fundamentals.

  • Comfortable working with HTML/CSS for formatting emails and landing pages.

  • Proficient with GA4, Semrush, and other web analytics tools.

  • Experience diagnosing SEO/website performance issues.

  • Exposure to paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit) is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Familiar with AI search optimization and AI tools for research/content.

  • Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and strong analytical mindset.

  • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working asynchronously.

  • German language skills (B2+) are a plus, not required.

  • PST Working hours.
