Job Description for Marketing Operations Specialist 

ThoughtFull is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to implement and automate marketing initiatives to build scalable, data-driven processes. 

What you will do:  

  • Managing marketing technology: Hands-on implementation on martech stack, including CRMs, ad platforms, analytics platforms and automation tools. Including ensuring database hygiene.  
  • Tracking and consolidating marketing metrics: Create and manage data points from several platform sources for overall marketing performance. Takes on hypotheses and data-driven recommendations for improvements. Familiar with tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Data Studio, Clarity, Metabase.  
  • Creating and optimising workflows: Facilitate action points through B2B lead funnel, including email template creation with UTM parameters to setup of lead nurturing campaigns from various sources. Familiar with automation tools such as Hubspot Flows, Zapier, PowerAutomate.  
  • Asset management: Maintain and organise a structured digital asset library for marketing, BD, and CS collaterals, prioritising ease of access and version control. Ensure external-facing materials align with ThoughtFull’s branding guidelines and messaging consistency across platforms, include taking on design work with Figma and Canva. 
  • Market Research: All-round research on industry stakeholders including advertising, partnership and sponsorship – What's new, what’s hot and what’s great for ThoughtFull.

Requirements

About You:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations 
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required, with a preference for Psychology, Social Sciences, or Computer Science
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills which is beneficial when working with cross-functional teams such as Product and Engineering 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing operations 
  • Innate curiosity and always up to take up new martech trends 
  • Bonus SQL Background
