Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:  

  • Leads the end-to-end technical implementation of A/B and multivariate experiments across web and mobile platforms
  • Translates strategic personalization requirements into precise targeting and segmentation logic within experimentation tools
  • Owns deployment, QA, and validation of testing campaigns, ensuring statistical integrity and accurate audience allocation
  • Manages and governs the Tag Management System to ensure reliable deployment of marketing, analytics, and third-party tags
  • Partners with IT to standardize the digital Data Layer and support integrations across MarTech and core systems
  • Ensures web implementations follow SEO best practices, performance standards, and accessibility guidelines
  • Builds and maintains advanced CMS components to support experimentation, personalization, and tracking needs
  • Ensures analytics tagging accuracy and conducts regular audits to maintain data consistency and reporting reliability

🎓 Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Experimentation Tools: Expert in Adobe Target, Optimizer…
  • Mastery in Tag Management tools like Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills for custom test implementation.
  • Knowledge of data layers and tracking pixels (Adobe Analytics/GA4).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret statistical significance and test results.
  • Agility: Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment where tests are launched and iterated on daily.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure technical builds match visual requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows
  • Experience with DCO (Dynamic Content Optimization) engines (like DV360, Adobe)
  • Knowledge of Server-Side Tagging (to bypass ad-blockers/cookies).
  • Background in UX/UI Design Principles.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
